Morning protein porridge with nuts and fruit

Porridge is one the easiest and nutritious option for a healthy breakfast. To make it even more nutrient-dense and satisfying, I add some extra protein for a balanced energy level during the day.

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1 serving super food powder

1 tbsp coconut flakes

1 tbsp chopped walnuts

1 tbsp nut butter of your choice

½ apple

Instruction:

1. Boil oats in salt water until tender and soft.

2. Add the protein powder. Stir to combine.

3. Serve in a bowl and top with finely sliced apples, nut butter and flakes
